Hi, my name is Cori, I was a hobby baker that would use any opportunity to bake cookies or make treats for someone. I baked mostly for family and friends and every time I baked something someone would say... "You should really make this a business!" So here we are... my little hobby has turned into my very own home based business.

Where did the name Little Baked Miracles come from? I thought of hundreds of names for what this baking adventure would be called and every time I did I came back to the same thought... what means the most to me? Truthfully, that's a really easy answer... My daughter Caylee means the world and more to me!! After my husband Chris and I spent 4 years trying to have a baby we had finally given up... and then it happened. I was pregnant and made it past the 1st trimester with no major problems. It was in my second trimester that my pre-existing blood condition Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura (ITP) became an issue for the pregnancy. To keep us both healthy I would need to undergo monthly IVIG infusions and blood testing multiple times a month. After 9 very long months we were scheduled for an induction. But someone decided she liked it on the inside a little too much and it was 19 long hours, 2 epidurals and an emergency C-section later when she finally arrived. Throughout my pregnancy I joked that I was baking my little bundle of joy. So, she truly is my very first LITTLE BAKED MIRACLE.
