Ordering
- When you are ready to place your order please click Order Now or contact me via email or Facebook / Instagram.
- Please notify me a minimum of 3 weeks before the date of your event. Last minute or rush orders can be placed for an additional fee based on availability.
- I will need a 50% non-refundable retainer to save the date and confirm your order at the time of booking where we will discuss and finalize your order requests.
- Final payment is due two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled pickup date - rush orders and seasonal items will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
- If you do not pay the retainer, you cannot be put on the schedule. This policy is to ensure you will pick up your order and cover any material cost if your order has started and you are unable to pick-up or no longer need your order.
- If your event needs to be postponed I can accommodate by completing your order and packaging everything for the freezer. Decorated sugar cookies can be frozen for 2-4 months when properly packaged. An additional small fee will be involved to purchase the necessary containers for freezing at your home that are then yours to keep.
- I will do everything I can to accommodate your schedule and your custom order requests. I request you to provide pictures - but understand that they are just used as inspiration and for ideas - I cannot guarantee an exact replica of someone else's work.
- Once your cookies have been picked-up or delivered Little Baked Miracles is no longer responsible. Safe handling instructions are provided.
